Walking to Praise and Thank God
I started walking last year about this month-January.It was cold and frosty morning but beautiful.I just decided to walk and see the view,see the sun coming up or see the fog fade away.It was awesome!I just motivate myself to walk to thank God for the day,thank Him for the beautiful nature, just whatever is in my mind to be thankful for.about 15-30 minutes i'm done. After walking, I feel good,relieve,fresh,and ready to move on for the rest of the day.Whenever I miss walking, it's the time that I spent thanking God while walking is what motivates me to walk again, until now. So far,God is good!!!
